Marinate for 2-3 hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomato jelly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>200 gr VERA tomato passata<br \/>\n15 g of soaked gelatine flakes<br \/>\n50 ml extra virgin Vera oil<br \/>\nSalt, white pepper, sugar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Passata, season with spices and strain. Heat a few tablespoons of the mousse and dissolve the gelatine.
