Description
Apricots in syrup are imported from Bulgarian plantations, where they ripen to the point when they reach perfect sweetness and a deep, sunny color. Fully ripe apricots are the best – they will enhance the taste of traditional cakes, such as cheesecakes and light fruit pies, and they will be great in the summer version of fruity dumplings and in pancakes. A sauce prepared from them will perfectly break the savory taste of various roasts. The jar contains halved apricots.
