There would be no Asian cuisine without coconut milk! It is an increasingly common ingredient of Asian style sauces and curries, but also of typically Polish dishes such as stews and soups, which it nicely whitens and thickens. It makes your dishes more fragrant and gives them a soft, creamy texture. Our coconut milk contains as much as 83% of coconut pulp extract, with fat content of 17-19%.
