Kalamata olives with stones in brine are grown on the Greek Peloponnese peninsula. They are one of the tastiest varieties, characterized by a fleshy, oblong-shaped fruit. They are used to prepare appetizers: skewer snacks, dips, as an ingredient of vegetable salads, or in popular Mediterranean specialties: pizza and pasta. The product is available in a jar.
