Description
Parboiled rice is subjected to thermal treatment before packaging, consisting in heating it with steam under high pressure. Compared to ordinary white rice, this one has a slightly darker color, retains all the values and is easier to prepare. No rinsing required before cooking. Large, tight packaging is dedicated to gastronomy.
