Passion fruit (maracuja) is an exceptionally fragrant, tropical fruit with an original, slightly sour taste. Its pulp is the pureed flesh of this fruit with small crunchy seeds. It is refreshing and aromatic. It is great as an ingredient of all kinds of desserts - cakes, cocktails, and ice cream. It will also make a fine exotic addition to drinks. Imported from Thailand, it is available in thins of two sizes – 565g and 170g.
