Sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips and drenched in sunflower oil. A product dedicated to the HoReCa channel, tailor-made for the catering industry operating on a wider scale. Easy to use - thanks to the portioning into strips, the tomatoes are immediately ready to be added to any dish. Thanks to the drying process, they have acquired a delicate sweet and sour flavour, which we have further enriched with a blend of aromatic herbs. Use the oil from the marinade cold for salads or hot for frying. The product is available in an airtight pouch.
