Crispy chickpeas with fluffy feta
Ingredients
1 can of VERA chickpeas
approx. 250 g feta
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
lemon juice
VERA oil
pepper
fresh dill
spices: oregano, sweet paprika, turmeric, salt
Preparation
Blend the feta with the yoghurt, lemon and oil to a fluffy cream. In a hot frying pan, fry the chickpeas with the spices - let them become golden and crispy. Spread the cream on a plate, top with the hot chickpeas and sprinkle with fresh dill.
