Ingredients

4 portions

1 can of VERA corn
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
6 tablespoons of flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of sweet paprika, salt and pepper
VERA olive oil for frying

Preparation

Mix the corn together with the paprika, then add the egg, flour with baking powder, milk, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon in small patties and fry until browned. What to serve with? Let your imagination run wild with the sauces - garlic sauce, Asian chilli sauce or whatever you like!
