
Cucumber and tuna sushi
Ingredients
Tuna in VERA's own sauce
grilled VERA peppers
red onion
cream cheese
avocado
mayonnaise, mustard
salt, pepper
dill
Preparation
Prepare the sushi "stuffing" from the tuna mayonnaise, mustard and shredded onion. Add salt and pepper. Cut slices from the cucumber with a wide vegetable peeler. Place the cucumber slices on a flat board so that they overlap. Press off any excess moisture. Spread cream cheese all over. Arrange the 'stuffing', grilled pepper slices and avocado in strips, sprinkle with dill and tightly roll up along the shorter edge. Cut the rolled up roll into thin slices.
