Olive and feta spread
Ingredients:
150 g feta cheese
70–80 g of skyr or thick Greek yoghurt
approx. 120 g of olives
1 clove of garlic
the juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
parsley or your favourite herbs (thyme, oregano)
Preparation:
Pop everything into a blender, blend until smooth or slightly chunky, and it’s ready. Serve with crusty bread, crackers or fresh vegetables.
