
Pinsa with green pesto
Ingredients
Finished pin
VERA green pesto
VERA olive oil
Mozzarella
Prosciutto cotto
Cherry tomatoes
Preparation
Preheat the oven and prepare the pins - drizzle them with olive oil and bake according to the instructions on the packet (usually about 8 minutes).
Once the pins are golden and crispy, take them out and let them cool slightly.
Top with slices of ham, juicy mozzarella, a few spoonfuls of green pesto and halved cherry tomatoes.
You can still drizzle the whole thing with a little olive oil for extra flavour.
