To prepare it you need:

  • 500 g Arborio round rice
  • 1 jar of artichokes in VERA marinade
  • 1 can of green peas in VERA marinade
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 red peppers

In addition, the following will be useful:

  • frying oil (5 tablespoons)
  • 1 litre of water or vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp ready-made or home-made (saffron/curcuma, sweet paprika, chilli, smoked paprika, rosemary) paella seasoning
  • bunch of fresh parsley

To prepare this culinary marvel ...

Heat the oil in a deep pan and then throw in the diced vegetables. After a minute, add the artichoke quarters that were drained earlier. Once the vegetables have softened, pour in the bouillon or boiling water. Let the vegetables cook for about 5 minutes and then add the rice. Remember to mix everything together well. Cook the paella over a medium heat for 15 minutes, adding the peas at the end. At the end, simply season it to taste and add fresh parsley to enjoy its wonderful and original flavour.
