Grilled potatoes Zero Waste
Ingredients
boiled potatoes (preferably from dinner, medium)
natural yoghurt
ripe avocado
Vera jalapeño
salt, pepper
chives
a little oil for lubrication
Preparation
Preheat the equipment - grill or waffle iron - and lightly brush the griddle with oil. Arrange the potatoes, brush lightly on top too. Close the grill/waffle iron and squish until a flat pancake forms. Grill until firmly browned and crispy. Serve with yoghurt, avocado, chives and jalapeño slices. Season with salt and pepper.
