Hawaiian chicken with pineapple

Ingredients

a can of VERA sliced pineapple
2 double chicken breasts
8 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
4 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons smoked chilli
2 tbsp honey
bunch of chives
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients (except the chicken, pineapple and chives) together with 3/4 of the syrup from the tin of pineapple - it makes an insane marinade!
Clean the chicken, cut it into pieces, put it in a ziplock bag, pour the marinade over it and put it in the fridge. The longer it marinates (preferably overnight), the better the result!
Leave some of the marinade for later - it will come in handy for lubricating the meat when grilling.
Place the chicken on the hot grill, turn and toss with the marinade. When it starts to brown beautifully, add the pineapple slices to the grill and toast them briefly.
Finally, place the chicken pieces on top of the grilled pineapple and sprinkle everything with fresh chives.
