Pasta with beetroot and garlic cream
Ingredients
cooked beetroot VERA
garlic
VERA extra virgin oil
parmesan
favourite pasta
Preparation
Sauté the garlic in olive oil, blend it with the beetroot, Parmesan cheese and the water from cooking the pasta - everything together will turn into a velvety sauce with which to coat the pasta. Finish with a little fresh parsley and some extra Parmesan... and you're done!
