Pizza with chicken and artichoke
Ingredients:
Pastry:
250 g type 00 flour
7 g of dried yeast
150 ml of warm water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of VERA extra virgin olive oil
Sauce:
VERA tomato passata (½ bottle)
Dried oregano
Salt, pepper
Extras:
Artichokes in a jar – VERA
A few slices of kindziuk
VERA pitted black olives
Mozzarella – 200 g
Dried oregano
Fresh rocket
A few drops of VERA extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Dough: Combine all the ingredients and knead until smooth. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with a tea towel and leave to rest for 1–2 hours, until it has doubled in volume.
Sauce: Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Method: Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll them out. Spread with the sauce, then top with mozzarella and your choice of toppings. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C for 7–8 minutes. Once baked, add fresh rocket and — if you like — drizzle with olive oil.
