VERA Peach and Jalapeño Salsa
Ingredients:
200 g VERA sliced peaches
200 g tomatoes
75 g red pepper
VERA jalapeño (as desired)
fresh coriander
chives
1 small clove of garlic, very finely chopped or grated
2 teaspoons of flaked sea salt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Preparation:
Dice the peaches, tomatoes, peppers and jalapeño into very small cubes. Chop the coriander and chives, and grate the garlic using a fine grater. Put everything into a bowl, add salt and lemon juice, and mix thoroughly.
