Spaghetti with pesto alla Arrabbiata
Ingredients:
Pesto alla Arrabbiata by VERA
spaghetti
mozzarella or burrata
fresh basil
chorizo

Preparation:
Fry the chorizo in a frying pan. Cook the pasta and be sure to reserve a little of the cooking water. Add 3 tablespoons of pesto to the chorizo and thin it out with the reserved pasta water until you have a creamy sauce. Add the pasta to the frying pan and toss quickly. On a plate, top with mozzarella or burrata and fresh basil.
