
Tortilla cones
Ingredients
Tortilla
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella
VERA maize
VERA black beans
Green jalapeño VERA peppers
Natural yoghurt + avocado + lemon (i.e. a green, refreshing blob!)
Fresh coriander for sprinkling
Preparation
Cut the tortilla slices in half, fold into a cone shape and insert a toothpick to hold the closure. Place on a baking tray, brush with olive oil and bake for 8 minutes in an oven preheated to 180° with thermo.
Then place in an ovenproof dish and fill the cones with the ingredients as in the video (add a little tomato sauce between the ingredients) and bake for a further 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Finally, add a green blob of yoghurt, avocado and lemon and sprinkle with coriander.
