Baked chickpeas with feta
Ingredients
can of sliced VERA tomatoes
chickpeas in VERA marinade
VERA extra virgin oil
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
salt, pepper
oregano
a cube of feta cheese
handful of rocket
green VERA stoned olives (optional)
Preparation
Pour the tomatoes onto the baking tray and season with salt, pepper and fresh oregano. In a bowl, mix the drained chickpeas with the olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Spread the chickpeas over the tomatoes, crumble the feta on top. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C. Once removed, sprinkle with arugula, fresh oregano and - if you like - add olives. Serve with your favourite flatbread or just as you like it!
