
Churros con pulpa de mango
Ingredients
VERA mango pulp
8 tablespoons of butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Preparation
Bring water, milk, butter, sugar and salt to a boil in a pot.
Add the flour and mix vigorously until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Once slightly cooled, transfer to a mixer and blend, adding one egg at a time.
Transfer the batter to a pastry sleeve with a star-shaped tip.
Heat the oil (about 180°C) and squeeze the churros directly into the fat. Cut off with a knife.
Fry until golden, drain on paper towel.
Coat in sugar mixed with cinnamon.
