Smash Burger Tacos
Ingredients
500 g minced beef
tortillas (large - max 4 pieces)
iceberg lettuce
red onion
VERA gherkins or VERA Swedish salad
yellow cheese (cheddar or other cheese that melts nicely)
salt, pepper
Burger sauce:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
pinch of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon finely chopped gherkins
salt, pepper
Preparation
Spread the beef portion evenly on the tortilla, salt and pepper. Fry in a lightly oiled pan for about 2 minutes, pressing firmly. Turn over, top with a slice of cheese, fry until melted. Transfer to a plate, brush with sauce, top with lettuce, onions and gherkins (or Swedish salad).
